Solution
To get a refund, go to our helpdesk at
http://www.onlinecustomerhelp.com/
where you can register (if you have not yet used the helpdesk) and then “Submit a Ticket”. Choose “Internet Marketing Videos Empire” under “Select Site”, click on “Next”, fill in the appropriate information boxes, and “Send”.
